Is Game Share possible with the PS5 version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3? According to unverifiable sources currently shared on Reddit, this option is not supported "as of today" - what this possibly could mean.
This is the issue: Unverifiable sources were recently shared on the social news aggregator website Reddit stating that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on PS5 would not support Game Share. A screenshot of a supposed support chat shared in this context, in which an alleged Sony employee makes the statement in question, is particularly eye-catching.
However, the wording should be taken with a grain of salt and experience with the predecessor Modern Warfare 2 also suggests that the Game Share option may be available from the full release of Modern Warfare 3.
The original answer from possible Sony employee Ajin A. makes the questioner understand:
(...), as of today, it is not possible to game share Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on PlayStation. It is unclear why Activision has decided to disable game sharing for Modern Warfare 3.

Whether the screenshot and the statement made in it are authentic cannot be verified from the Reddit post linked above. However, it is apparently the support chat window of the Playstation.com website.
If Ajin A.'s answer is authentic, the choice of words "as of today" should be taken into account. This is because Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has not yet been fully released; as of November 2, only the single-player campaign of the first-person shooter is officially playable. This could be significant in this context.
In the case of the prequel Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Activision also decided to deactivate Game Share on the PS5 until the full release. Specifically, this meant that the PS5 predecessor could not be shared via Game Share during beta tests or after the release of the single-player mode. However, this worked after the release of the multiplayer modes, i.e. after the full release of Modern Warfare 2.
In light of this, and considering Ajin A.'s choice of words, it could well be that Modern Warfare 3 will follow the example of its predecessor. It cannot be said that the title does not support Game Share per se, at least until the relevant sources have been verified.
Game Share is an option on the Playstation that allows a game to be played on two consoles of the same brand. For example, a regular Playstation account can be shared with another player, or a family account can be set up for this purpose, to which up to five players can be added.
Update Nov. 8th: It has now been confirmed that game sharing in MW3 will be available on Playstation when the game is released on 10 November.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be released on November 8, 2023 for PC (Steam, Battle.net), PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. The single-player campaign has been playable since November 2.
