That’s it: The fourth play test of Dark and Darker will start soon with lots of new content. Dark and Darker developers, Ironmace Games, are working closely with the community. That’s why they organize regular play tests to test the game and its new features. The next test phase is already planned. This is the Upcoming “Next Fest” Playtest from Dark and Darker
Over 30,000 players played the latest alpha version of the extraction RPG in the last playtest. Over 150,000 people on Twitch watched their favorite streamers brawl through the dark dungeon to find the best loot. Immediately after the last playtest, the developers announced that the next playtest for the Steam Next Fest should take place.
To be on the safe side, the next playtest will start a little earlier than the Next Fest. Steam’s Next Fest has been announced for February 6th, which means that if you’re lucky, you’ll be able to play Dark and Darker again as early as February 5th. This time, the playtest will be marked as a demo, which means you have to go to Dark and Darker’s Steam page and click Download Demo to participate in the playtest.
