The survival game Deadside has recently released a preview of the upcoming update 0.5.0. We have watched the video for you and inform you about all the new features.
This is Deadside: If you have never heard of Deadside, here is a rough summary of what Deadside is all about. Basically, Deadside is one of the many survival-open-world-games that have some similarities to DayZ. Nevertheless, the developers have copied a few things that are only available via mods in the competitor. For example, in Deadside you have certain safe areas with a small camp and various merchants. In addition, there are all sorts of missions that you can take on against AI.

New Vehicles: The first major new feature in Deadside’s upcoming 0.5.0 update is boats. The new watercrafts are hovercrafts rather than traditional motorboats. Each of these boats can transport multiple players and must be fueled and maintained. In addition, the boats are server-side, which makes for better performance. Another point that is closely related to the boats is the new islands on the north of the map.
These are especially easy to reach with the new boats. On the islands, there is a larger harbor area, an oil depot, and some larger military areas that are not found anywhere else on the map. Some new assets have also been added especially for the new areas. As a result, you will have to get used to the new environment a bit first.

More stuff: In addition, the corpses of defeated players and AI enemies are now highlighted. This helps immensely in locating the enemies you just killed in tall grass, for example. Because nothing is more annoying than winning a fight and being caught by someone else, running around looking for the lifeless body of your victim like a startled chicken. Lastly, the developers have added a full-screen window mode and fixed some bugs.
