Blizzard’s role-playing top dog Diablo 4 will soon open its gates of hell to players, albeit only as part of a beta test. To make sure you don’t miss out on being an unpaid tester, the publisher is offers you rewards; here’s what they are in detail.
Diablo 4 beta will start soon: On March 24, 2023, the fourth edition of the cult slasher Diablo will enter open beta; early access already took place on March 15. You can find out more about the dates, including exact times, here. But even if a new role-playing game is called Diablo, not everyone feels like playing a game that hasn’t been sufficiently tested yet. That’s why developer and publisher Blizzard has rewards in store for volunteers, but what are they exactly?
Diablo 4: Player Titles And Cosmetic Items For Testing
The rewards for the Diablo 4 beta test are not particularly lavish. Blizzard Entertainment is only offering three rewards to early players, which you can view visually below. Specifically, you can receive for your beta participation (on terms):
- Player title “Initial Casualty”: Awarded as soon as you reach Kyovashad.
- Player title “Early Voyager”: Awarded once your character reaches level 20.
- Beta Wolf Bundle: This cosmetic item is yours once your character reaches level 20.
As is so often the case lately, pre-orderers will also receive an advantage in the case of Diablo 4. Yes, just one advantage, and that is an earlier beta access starting March 17th. The end of the open beta is on March 26th. During this time, you can explore one zone of the game with your character and level up to level 25.
If you participate in the beta and reach level 20 with your character, you will receive an additional reward for the launch of Diablo 4 on June 6th, 2023. However, Blizzard has not yet revealed what this reward will be.
