Dying Light 2 will receive its second free DLC called Ronin Pack on February 21, 2022. It brings new clothes and weapons, and you have to get it in stages. Guided.news explains how to do that and what to expect.
What are DLCs in Dying Light? The developers of Dying Light 2 have already published a roadmap with various free and paid addons before release. The free DLCs for Dying Light 2 mostly consist of cosmetic items or new weapons. In DLC 1 “Authority Pack” you could get hold of clothes and weapons of the Peacekeepers. DLC 2 “Ronin Pack” jumps to the other side to the survivors.

What’s inside the DLC: The Ronin Pack is divided into three stages. Each of the stages takes place on a different day. Today, Feb 21 starts the first stage, Feb 23 the second and Feb 25 the third and final stage.
- 21 Feb: chest piece, trousers, shoes
- 23 Feb: gloves, mask, arm guard
- 25. Feb: two-handed sword
How do you get the Ronin gear? To get the Ronin Pack, you’ll have to do some browsing through the Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation store. On the official store page for all platforms, you should then see the “Content for this game” tab. Click here, and you’ll be taken directly to the DLCs. All three parts must be downloaded separately (via store.steampowered.com).

What DLCs are coming next for Dying Light 2?
The next free DLC will be released in March. This will bring a series of new challenges that will give you lots of experience points and item rewards. Mutated zombies will follow in April. But what purpose they serve and what your task will be is unclear so far.
