What it’s about: As part of Opening Night Live at this year’s Gamescom, Hexworks and CI Games showed off a new story trailer for the upcoming role-playing game Lords of the Fallen, due out this fall. It showed new insights into the gloomy game world as well as the plot around the protagonist.

As the opening event of Gamescom, Opening Night Live has always had the task of heating the atmosphere for the huge gaming trade fair. To ensure this, there are always new announcements, trailers, and gameplay videos to see. There was also news about Lords of the Fallen during the event, namely in the form of a new story trailer. In this clip, the developers give us new information about the story as well as the fate of the main character.

The Soulslike role-playing game Lords of the Fallen will be released on October 13 of this year for the PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S and can already be pre-ordered in various versions. There are the Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition or the Collector’s Edition.
