During the Microsoft vs. FTC (Federal Trade Commission) court case, many previously secret game projects emerge. Among other things, the existence of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 for 2023 now seems confirmed.
What's going on? Several leaks are currently occurring during the court case between Microsoft and the FTC. Most recently, active work on the successor DayZ 2 was reported here. But now it's hitting AAA publishers as well, and a new Call of Duty for 2023 is falling under the leak hammer.
As reported by the website CharlieIntel (via twitter), a judge has confirmed the existence of Call of Duty 2023. The upcoming title is said to be a full spin-off of the series. The dates for the beta are also already set in stone, according to Henderson. So the MW3 beta will start on October 06, the second beta on October 12. Pre-orderers will get advance access to the campaign on November 02, before Modern Warfare 3 is then released on November 10 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One & Series as well as the PC.
