The new Star Wars Jedi Survivor will be available in a total of three different editions. There is also a general bonus for pre-orderers.
As Electronic Arts announced on Twitter, the release of the game will be postponed once again at short notice. But don't worry, it's not really a big delay. Instead of the previously planned date of March 17, Star Wars Jedi Survivor will now be released on April 28 of this year, which is about six weeks later.
However, you can already pre-order the game now. You can choose between three different versions and you even get an extra pre-order bonus. We've summarized which editions are available, how much they cost, and what content you'll get with each version.
No matter which edition you choose, if you pre-order the game, i.e. buy it before the official release, you will receive a small gift, or three gifts. As a pre-orderer you will receive the Jedi Survival Pack. It contains three cosmetic in-game items:
Pre-ordering does not cause any additional costs. So if you know you want the game, the survival pack is definitely a cool goodie to get.
With the normal standard edition of the game, you get "just" the main game and no other cosmetic in-game content or other physical gifts. However, the price of the game varies depending on which platform you want to buy it for. Available will be Star Wars Jedi Survivor for PC as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. While the PC version costs 69.99 Euros, you'll have to shell out 79.99 Euros for the standard edition for both consoles.
The price difference for the different platforms also occurs with the Deluxe Edition. Again, the price difference between the PC and console versions is ten euros (PC 89.99 euros and console 99.99 euros). So the Deluxe Edition is 20 Euros more expensive than the Standard Edition. For this surcharge, however, you get two in-game packs at once.
The cosmetic set of this first package is quite reminiscent of Han Solo. The whole package also consists of three cosmetic items, just like the pre-order bonus:
In this set you will again receive three different cosmetic items, including an outfit based on Luke Skywalker.
All additional contents of the Deluxe Edition of Star Wars Jedi Survivor are purely cosmetic and do not give you any advantage in the game. So if you pre-order the Deluxe Edition, you can get three packages with three cosmetic items each.
The last and by far most expensive edition of Star Wars Jedi Survivor is the Collector's Edition. Here you'll not only get cosmetic in-game items, but also real-world items sent to your home. You'll receive all these things in a cool suitcase in Star Wars design. It contains a wide variety of things:
However, the Collector's Edition doesn't come cheap. For this collector's item, which you can only order from LimitedRunGames (so it has to be shipped from the US), you'll have to shell out a whopping $299.99. If you then take shipping costs and taxes into account, the total price should be over $400.
