To get to Thralls in Conan Exiles: Isle of Siptah, you have to activate the Wild Tide, among other things. But that's exactly what you need Eldarium for. We'll tell you how to make Eldarium and what you need for it.
How to make Eldarium: To make the new material in the also new Conan Exiles: Isle of Siptah map, you need the Decaying Eldarium resource. So far, however, you can only find them in the 14 vaults. Both opponents and bosses can drop the resource in small amounts. So far we have not been able to discover them in ordinary chests. At the end of a vault, however, you will find a large treasure chest that holds a larger amount of the resource for you.
Once you own the Decaying Eldarium, all you need is a furnace to make Eldarium. You can melt down 1x Eldarium from 2x Decaying Eldarium.
Eldarium is very easy to make.
