How to put out fires in Definitely Not Fried Chicken is a question that puzzles many a drug lords. That’s why this guide explains what to do in case of a fire.
Here’s the deal: Definitely Not Fried Chicken, a, according to the developers, “business management simulator of a slightly different kind” has recently been released. And indeed, you don’t see a game of this kind every day, because it’s all about setting up an illegal drug empire, behind a legal facade.
However, even the production of happy-making substances poses dangers here; one of them is technically induced fires that can cost lives and resources. That’s why fires in the production facility have to be extinguished at lightning speed, but how does that actually work? We have tried it ourselves and provide the answer a little further down.
How to put out Fire in Definitely Not Fried Chicken
Option 1: Use fire-resistant clothing. In order for your employees to put out fires in Definitely Not Fried Chicken, certain of them must have fire-resistant clothes. To be specific, your engineers will need both a Fire Suit and a Fire Helmet to face the flames in a reasonably safe manner. If they only wear the Fire Suit, the plan won’t work and the Engineers will burn to death.
Of course, you should also ensure that your employees can respond quickly to fires. Therefore, equip engineers directly with the full fire clothing and define the area in which they will work.
Option 2: Use a simple trick. Well, actually this method has less to do with active firefighting and more with damage control. As soon as a fire breaks out in Definitely Not Fried Chicken, you can press the pause button at the top right of your account balance and then simply dismantle the surrounding equipment.
The emphasis here is on dismantling, i.e. removing; you are not supposed to sell the furnishings. If necessary, also remove the door of the room with the fire, so that nothing is damaged. Sure, this approach has the small disadvantage that you will lose the drugs that are in production at that moment. However, this is always better than having to buy all the equipment again after a fire.
Definitely Not Fried Chicken has been available for PC (Steam) only since September 29. The regular price for the quaint management simulation is currently 21 dollars.
