Like other gems, Crude Skull can be dropped from enemies and found in chests, especially in the Sanctuary location. Each gem has its own special features that it provides as a bonus to your character's characteristics. There are a total of 5 upgrades to this gem that you can make in the jewelry shop, which is unlocked for you after level 20.
