When you start the game, you will collect gold and colored essences, but at first, it will be unclear what you can do with it. These resources are used to upgrade weapons and Packs, but first, you need to unlock the Forge. So read on to find out what it takes and what opportunities it will open up for you.
Immortals of Aveum: How to Unlock Crafting
Crafting will become available to you after you unlock the Forge. This will happen during Chapter 4 after talking to the captain. There will be a Forge near the gate, so go to it and after interacting with it, you will be able to learn from the tutorial what you can do there.

How to Craft in Immortals of Aveum
Now you can craft stuff, upgrade it, or sell it if you don’t need it anymore. Gear comes in four rarities:
- Common
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary.
They determine their stats or how many times you can upgrade them. Unfortunately, you cannot increase the rarity of an item by upgrading it, but it will increase its gear score and stats. Items of higher rarity will be able to get extra stats after upgrading. Another thing you can improve in the Forge is Mana Pack and Health Pack, which will increase mana crystal capacity and health capacity.
These are the types of resources that are used to upgrade your gear in Immortals of Aveum:
- Gold
- Blue Essenсe
- Red Essenсe
- Green Essenсe
- Legendary Essenсe
Legendary is not used in many crafts, and you will need it later in the game.
