Unfortunately, you can not deactivate crossplay in Modern Warfare 3 on PC. Developer Sledgehammer did not give any statement on why they did not implement it in MW3. As a PC player myself, I can understand everyone who desperately wants to deactivate crossplay on PC. Console Players have a very strong aim assist that allows easy aim and its hard to tell if someones cheating or just using aim assist. Sounds hard? Here's a video backing up my concerns:
