If you get tired of the default outfit of your playable characters in One Piece Odyssey, you can change it in a special menu. Each hero has different options depending on which version of the game you bought.

One Piece Odyssey: New Outfits for Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Co.
How do I get new outfits for the characters? There are currently two different outfits for most of the playable characters in One Piece Odyssey. All characters wear the so-called New World Challenge Outfit by default. In addition, there are the Traveler Outfits for Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Chopper, and Robin. Franky and Brooks only have their standard outfits.
To get the Traveler Outfits for Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Chopper, and Robin, you must pre-order the game or purchase the Deluxe Edition. If you buy the Deluxe Edition, you will also get a third outfit for Usopp, the Travelling Sniper King outfit.
How do I change my characters’ outfits? If you want to change your character’s outfit, you must set up a camp. You will learn how to do this in the game tutorial. Then go to the green tent of your camp, where the option “Change outfit” appears. Confirm to call up the corresponding menu.
Now you can scroll through the available outfits, see a preview of each outfit and change your character’s clothes directly. Confirm your choice again and exit the menu to use the new outfit.

Will there be more outfits? It is not yet clear whether the developers will release more unlockable outfits for the characters in One Piece Odyssey. However, it is conceivable that they will add new outfits via DLC at a later date.
