In Warhammer 40K Darktide, some many attributes and things are not immediately understandable at first glance. One of these attributes is Impact. We’ll explain what it does.
Here’s the deal: Many things in Warhammer 40k Darktide are explained poorly or not at all. A good example is the various penance, a type of achievement for each class. Also, some attributes and effects in the game are not directly understandable or work differently than you know from similar games. This is also the case with the attribute “Impact”, which you can find in the Zealot’s skill tree, for example. We’ll explain what the Impact attribute does in Warhammer 40k Darktide.

This is the Attribute “Impact” in Warhammer 40k Darktide
You will probably first see the Impact attribute in the Zealot’s skill tree at level 10. You will find the Punishment skill, which gives you 30% more impact whenever you hit at least three enemies. Furthermore, you can stack this buff three times to get 90% more impact afterward. Additionally, you can no longer be interrupted.
The Impact attribute in Warhammer 40k Darktide amplifies how quickly and strongly you can shake enemies. This allows you to interrupt their attacks more effectively and keep large numbers of enemies or the more heavily armored elite opponents at bay better. In our guide to Zealot, the Punishment Perk is also the chosen Level 10 Perk due to its superiority over the other options.
Info: The attribute Impact strengthens your attacks so that you can shake your opponents faster and stronger. This effect is also called staggering and is used to interrupt your opponents. |
In this guide, YouTuber Zerkovich explains three important mechanics, including staggering.
What class do you play in Warhammer 40k Darktide, and have you come across the Impact attribute? Write it down in the comments!
