German English

Once you are through with the campaign in Diablo 4 and dare to take your first steps on world tier 3, you will already have your first "unique" item in the form of Lilith's Ring. These items are even rarer and better than the Legendary ones, and we will tell you which ones there are and where you can find them.

How can you recognize unique items? The unique items naturally have the word "Unique" in the item description. You can recognize them by their brown-golden color, distinguishing them from the legendary orange items. They are much rarer but also stronger. Their current number is manageable.

How to Get/Find Unique Items in Diablo 4

If you want to find Unique Items in Diablo 4, you first have to fulfill a few requirements:

  • Play through the entire Diablo 4 campaign.
  • At best, reach level 50. Level 47+ is also ok.
  • Complete the dungeon "Cathedral of Light" on world tier 2.
  • Activate world tier 3.

Once you have reached world level 3, there is a chance that all monsters will drop unique equipment and weapons. However, the chance of getting such an item is meager and highest with bosses and elites. Certain items that belong to a boss by name, such as "Andariel's Visage", will probably only be dropped by the corresponding boss.
