The Blind Eye in Diablo 4 is a very important quest for the game’s story and it is quite long. Here’s a list of steps on how to complete it:
Interact with the artifact called the Sightless Eye and watch the dialogue between Lilith and Astaroth. The demoness will find out that you are spying on her and will trap your character in the nightmare.
This is the first part of this quest. The “Explore the nightmare” task will be on your quest board until you reach one of three important points. After that, you will have to interact with certain characters or objects and then continue exploring the nightmare.
The whole location is a simple tunnel, and it’s hard to get lost in it. Now, we will list all the important points.
The first point you will reach is a destroyed church with a priest inside. Talk to the priest and defeat the demons that will attack you after that.
The second point is the corpse of Rathma. Interact with it and listen to what Lilith has to say about him.
The last point is Lilith’s Altar. Interact with it and watch the dialogue between your character and Lilith. After that, she will send some demons to attack you, and this will end your exploration of the nightmare.

Nightmares are creatures that resemble certain characters from the real Sanctuary. You will have to fight such enemies several times. They shouldn’t be too problematic, and after you beat them, you will be able to continue your search for the way out.
At the end of this nightmare, you will find the Sightless Eye. This is the artifact that keeps you in this place and you will need to interact with it. After that, your character will be free and the quest will be completed.
