For one Ghostly Fish Steak, you need the following ingredients:
Peppers: You can buy bell pepper seeds at Goofy's store in the Forest of Valor. Once planted, they take 15 minutes to grow.
Asparagus: You can buy asparagus or asparagus seeds at Goofy's store in the Frosty Heights. The seeds take 2 hours and 15 minutes to grow into three harvestable asparagus.
Lemon: You can easily pick the yellow and sour fruits from the lemon trees in the Forest of Valor or in the Glade of Trust.
Oregano: The oregano grows in the starting area of Disney Dreamlight Valley, that is, in the Plaza. You can simply collect it there.
Here and There Fish: You can catch this strange fish at any fishing spot in the entire game, but only at a certain time of day. The Here and There fish only bites in the morning and the evening. Also, you must first complete Nala's final quest before you can find the fish.
The prepared ghostly fish steak is a five-star main course, so it's worth quite a bit. You can sell it to Goofy for 349 coins, or of course, eat it yourself to get +3282 energy.
