Some of the ingredients are more difficult to get than others. Therefore, we will show you how to get them for the Mediterranean salad.
Cucumber: You can buy cucumber seeds or harvested cucumbers at Goofy's stand in frosted heights. Until the planted cucumber seeds become harvestable vegetables, you must wait 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Tomato: You unlock tomatoes by going to Dazzle Beach. Buy either the fruit itself or the seeds to plant tomatoes. These will grow within 25 minutes and earn you 3 tomatoes per plant.
Onion: No good dish should lack onions. That's why you need an onion for the salad. To do this, you must first unlock the Forest of Valor. There you can buy onions or onion seeds at Goofy's stall. Onion seeds take 1 hour and 15 minutes to grow.
Lettuce: Of course, you can't miss some greens. You unlock the lettuce with the Peaceful Meadow. It is especially worthwhile to grow the lettuce here, as it only takes 3 minutes to grow.
Spices: Choose a random spice. Take whatever you have on hand to refine the salad, or collect a spice of your choice in one of the biomes.
