Mint Chocolate is one of the many recipes in Dreamlight Valley, and it’s also very easy to cook. You can cook it for various Dreamlight challenges, sell it, or give it to your friends. When you sell it, it will bring you 490 gold, or you can use it to replenish 1827 energy. You need a total of four ingredients for the recipe. However, some of them are difficult to get.
These are the ingredients you need to prepare the fresh mint chocolate:
- Mint
- Sugarcane
- Cacao Bean
- Butter
How to Get the Ingredients for the Mint Chocolate
Some of the ingredients are more difficult to get than others. Therefore, we still show you how you can get them for the mint chocolate.
Mint: The name-giving spice, that gives the mint chocolate its freshness. You can find it on Frosted Heights. You have to unlock this biome first, and then you can go there to collect the wild-growing mint.
Sugarcane: Sugarcane gives the dish its sweetness. You can either grow this plant or buy it at Goofy’s stand. To do this, you need to unlock his stand at Dazzle Beach. There you can buy sugarcane for 29 gold each or buy seeds for the sugarcane for 5 gold.
Cacao Bean: The Cacao Beans grow on trees. However, you won’t find these trees in every biome. You must first unlock the Glade of Trust or the Sunlit Plateau. There you can harvest the Cacao Beans from the corresponding trees. These grow again after 30 minutes and bring you 3 Cacao Beans per tree.
Butter: Butter is a special ingredient that you can only get through Rémy. Unlocking Rémy will cost you 3,000 Dreamlight, and you’ll have to complete the first missions for him until you unlock the restaurant. After that, you can buy butter and other specialties in his restaurant.
