Sugarcane: Sugarcane gives the dish its sweetness. You can either grow this plant or buy it at Goofy's stand. To do this, you need to unlock his stand at Dazzle Beach. There you can buy sugarcane for 29 gold each or buy seeds for the sugarcane for 5 gold.
Cacao Bean: The Cacao Beans grow on trees. However, you won't find these trees in every biome. You must first unlock the Glade of Trust or the Sunlit Plateau. There you can harvest the Cacao Beans from the corresponding trees. These grow again after 30 minutes and bring you 3 Cacao Beans per tree.
