The dragon Mushu’s delicious rice porridge is among the five-star recipes, making it one of the most difficult in Disney Dreamlight Valley. All dishes are divided into star categories that tell you the number of ingredients required. For a two-star dish you need two different ingredients, for a three-star dish you need three ingredients, and so on. In Mushu’s Congee, the following are included:
- Rice
- Eggs
- Mushroom
- Garlic
- Ginger
Once you have all the ingredients together, all you have to do is put them in a pot on a stove of your choice and Mushu’s Congee is ready.
Finding ingredients for Mushu’s Congee
The five different ingredients you’ll need for Mushu’s Congee are spread throughout the game world of Disney Dreamlight Valley. So you won’t be able to cook this dish right at the beginning. To get all the ingredients, you’ll need to make a certain amount of progress in the game.
Here you can get rice
You can buy both ready-made rice and rice seeds from Goofy in his store. The rice seeds are a bit cheaper than the rice, but the cultivation of rice takes a comparatively long time, so it is worth buying the rice right away.
Here you can get eggs
You can buy eggs from Remy in his restaurant as soon as you have unlocked him from the Magic Castle and completed his first two quests. Eggs cost 220 star coins.

Mushrooms are relatively easy to get. They grow everywhere in the Glade of Trust and just need to be collected.
