This relic, unlike many other items, has its own location, but not everyone can find it. Check out the information below to learn what steps you need to take to get it.
The location of the Crystal Heart is not random and there is a specific place where you can get it. Namely, you will find Crystal Heart Relic during the Loose Fuse event. When researching N'Erud, you will definitely get this task, and it is actually quite easy to complete.
You will be able to find the right location by progressing through The Dark Conduit and it is here that you will have to complete the task. The essence of it is that you will need to repair a broken fuse that blocks access to the door that is nearby. Be careful while walking to the right place, because there will be enemies waiting for you who may attack unexpectedly.
When you find the right location, all you have to do is go to the broken fuse and press the interaction button, after which you will fix it, and the door on the left will open. It is behind this door that you can find the long-awaited Crystal Heart relic. It will be mounted in a statue and highlighted with pink light. Just walk up to it and press the interaction button to pick it up.

Once you have this relic, you can use it to get the following effect:
“On use, regenerates 100% of Max Health over 10s, Movement Speed is reduced by 50%, and incoming damage is reduced by 25%. Lasts 10s”
