To obtain the Tingle Armor Set, you will need to locate each of the three pieces: Tingle's Hood, Tingle's Shirt, and Tingle's Tights.
Head to the coordinates -4382, -0526, 0473 and direct the spotlight beam on the green stone. This will reveal a hidden cave entrance. Once inside, head to the coordinates -4440, -0628, 0454 and use the fan to direct the airflow to the sand-covered passage. You will find a chest containing Tingle's Hood.
Make your way to the gorge at coordinates 1182, -1945, 0247. You will see a gate at 1195, -2014, 0272 surrounded by many stones. You need to use the Ultra Hand skill to place all the stones on the pressure plates. This will open the gate and reveal a chest containing Tingle's Shirt.
You can find Tingle's Tights in the gorge at coordinates 3626, -3217, 0000. Use your whistle to open the gate and make your way to the coordinates 3524, -3204, 0000. Use the Ascend skill to reach the top of the ship located there, and head to the coordinates 3516, -3265, 0004. There, you will find a chest containing Tingle's Tights.
