If you want to create your own clan in Gym League instead of joining someone else's, you'll need to meet a few requirements. In general, there are two of them, but for beginners, it can be quite complicated, so let's talk about it in more detail:
As soon as you fulfill these conditions, you can create your own clan. It's not hard to do. For this, just click on the Clans button on the left side of the screen and go to the My Clan tab. Here, you can set up and customize certain options before creating your clan. Here's what you'll need to fill in:
Once you're done customizing the settings, you can click on the Create button to finally create your clan. Remember, this will cost you $1,000,000, so it is recommended that you stock up on currency before creating clans to avoid being broke.
