As mentioned above, Menos is the second stage of the Hollow progression, which takes place right after Fishbone. But if you had to collect soul-points to reach Menos status in the first case, then everything is much easier here.
The whole point of progressing as a Menos is simply to wait one hour, after which you can evolve further. If waiting for an hour is too long for you, you can speed up the process by killing enemies in the form of other hollow forms. Each kill will partially reduce the timer and bring you closer to the goal.
There's also an alternative way to progress as Menos, namely by removing your mask. To do this, press the key combination Ctrl+K. In this case, you will transform into Menoscar, the weakest form of Arrancar. This is not the best choice, as it is recommended to remove the mask as you progress further, due to the significant advantages and buffs you will receive.
