Starfield Heller’s Cutter Location
Even though Heller’s Cutter is located next to the Argos Mining Facility in Vectera, the place where you started the campaign, you need to complete a few tasks to be able to get it, as you won’t have the opportunity without it.
- To get started, you’ll have to head to the Lodge, where you can meet the Constellation participants.
- There, you’ll have to join a group of explorers, after which you can complete The Old Neighborhood quest.
- After you do this, you will have new quests, one of which is the Back to Vectera mission. Start it and return to the Argos Facility on the satellite of the planet Vectera in the Narion system.

How to Find Heller’s Cutter
Heller’s Cutter is located at the Argos Extractors Mining Outpost on Vectera. When you get to the facility, you’ll need to talk to Lin about the plight of Barrett and Heller. After that, you should go to the control lab shown in the screenshot.
When you get inside, walk along the room, and you will see a container on your right. Open it, and you’ll see an orange-colored weapon, your highly desired Heller’s Cutter.
