• Rotate the mechanism at coordinates 2398, -0511, 0154 until the ledge on a large stone faces you.
• Use the Ultra Hand ability to grab a board and insert it into the hole in the large stone.
• Ignite a fire using Flint and rest until morning.
• Rotate the stone a bit more to align its shadow with the pattern on the wall, waiting if necessary.
• Proceed to the shrine and open the portal.
