The first content update for the German survival hit Enshrouded is out now and is called “Hollow Halls”. We show you what's inside.

Highlights:

• Each biome has a new dungeon with new enemies and traps.
• There are a new survivor, quests, and crafting stations.
• Keen Games introduces countless gameplay improvements and quality-of-life changes.

Enshrouded Hollow Halls: New Dungeons and Decorations

The Enshrouded update is full of new content. Most players will be particularly excited about the new dungeons, which offer not only new enemy types, but also new and valuable loot. Once you have spoken to the alchemist, you can set off in search of the Hollow Halls. There is even a new survivor waiting for you in one of them.

But not only players who love to fight will enjoy the new Enshrouded-update “Hollow Halls”. The update also introduces a huge number of new items that can be used to expand and design your base. A new production workshop is also included.

Useful Quality of Life Changes

The Enshrouded update brings some very useful gameplay improvements. Some of them are very helpful and should further improve the game experience:

• Improved support for stack splitting in the backpack and chests. The size of the split stacks can now be selected freely.

If you divide resources into stacks, you can now freely choose the size of the stacks.

• Content of magical chests can now be used in crafting stations.
• Items can now be crafted in stacks.
• Sending items to other players now has a more convenient menu. There is now a warning message if the backpack of the receiver is already full.
• A new ping function on the world map allows pointing other players in a multiplayer session to a specific area.
• The keys/buttons for jumping and gliding can now be mapped individually.
