This year everything is different because there will be no more events for the dino-survival ARK: Survival Evolved. At least not as you know it from all the past years. Where the Eggcellent Adventure Event was actually waiting for you in April, there is now the Easter Evo Event instead. We'll tell you what to expect.
About the event: The 2023 ARK Eggcellent Adventure 8 should actually take place in April, but due to ARK 2, traditional events are no longer celebrated. Instead, you can look forward to the Easter Evo event. During the event, you can access special colors and receive a boost for all your actions.
During the Evo event, you can expect higher rates to progress faster in the game:
Also, 25% of all creatures can appear in special colours, so best keep your eyes open!
Although the developers have not yet commented on this, we assume that unofficial servers will continue to access the standard events without new content. As a server owner, you can activate Eggcellent Adventure with the following parameter:
-ActiveEvent=Easter
Alternatively, you can activate any event in the server settings of your server host. However, it may happen that the Easter event does not run smoothly, as not all content is available automatically.
