Developer Studio Wildcard announced on Twitter that Ark Survival Evolved will soon be available for Google’s Stadia streaming service.
Finally news: It was already known that Ark Survival Evolved will be released for Google Stadia and Stadia Pro. After a long silence around the project, the developers behind Ark are now breaking their silence.
Ark Survival Evolved on Stadia – you need to know that
We’ve been waiting for ages: During the Good Stuff event in October 2020, Google and Ark developer Studio Wildcard announced that Ark would be released for the Google streaming service.
Originally, the Stadia version should be available at the beginning of the year. After a long silence, the official Ark Survival Evolved account tweeted yesterday:
Summer plans checklist:
✅ Being pounced on by a Raptor in high resolution
✅ Defeating Rockwell
✅ Reaching Ascension

So we know that Ark will be released for Stadia in summer 2021. However, there is still no exact date. Perhaps you can expect a release of the new version as early as the release of Ark Survival Evolved Genesis Part 2.
Why Stadia? For many gamers, the Google Stadia platform seems irrelevant. But some players have no choice but to use streaming services. Especially in times like these, when a graphics card with an RRP of € 699 goes over the digital counter for over € 2,000.
According to many tests, the often disreputable latency is hardly worth mentioning. As long as you have enough bandwidth, streaming services are a real alternative to buying expensive hardware. Only the dissolution bothers us. We tested some titles via Stadia and Geforce Now with a 1,000 Mbit (125 mb / s Down & 150 Up) line and yet the picture looked more like we were watching a 1080p YouTube video.
