Baldurs Gate 3: How to Solve Sarin’s Skeleton Puzzle
To solve this puzzle, you will need to find Sarin’s Skull. Fortunately, this item is located near the place where you found the skeleton in Undercity Ruins at coordinates X:-159; Y:946. There will be a pouch in which you will find the item you need and when you pick it up, a Headless Ghost will appear, hinting where to take Sarin’s Skull. If there is an NPC there who will be quiet when interacting, you will have to kill him to be able to pick up the skull.

When you go back and put the Sarin’s Skull in the coffin, the ghost will appear again, but this time it will have a head and bow to you in gratitude. You will also receive a rare Magic Amulet as a reward.
