Goldstone seems to be a rare resource for Conan Exiles players to this day. But in fact it is not difficult to find or produce it. In this guide, we will show you how!
Gold is rare: It may not surprise you, but Goldstone is one of the rarest raw materials in the survival RPG Conan Exiles. You can only find the coveted material in a few places on the map. 
It is also still a mystery to many players what exactly you can do with it. That's why in this Conan Exiles Guide we show you how & where you can farm Goldstone and what you can conjure up from it!
This is the Location: The easiest way to mine Goldstone is to look for veins of obsidian on the volcano to the north. If you dismantle this, you will receive quite a bit of Goldstone. But mining obsidian will not fulfill the dream of bathing in gold like Scrooge McDuck. Too seldom does a gold stone jump out of the ore. The jungles in the east of the map also give you gold. But only if you are actively diving for it. Because in the sunken boxes lying on the ocean floor, one or the other piece of gold is hidden.

And yes, in Conan Exile you can actually have this gold defecator, even hold one for yourself. This is because the Rocknoses excrete stones by name. There are different types of Rocknoses and so is the "gold vein Rocknose". If you feed your companion with stones, its excretions consist of the following substances:
If you have several gold vein Rocknoses, you will regularly get gold blown into the bottom - or out of it? I'll leave that to you.
You need much luck: Getting a Rocknose is child's play. Not getting a gold vein Rocknose. First, you have to buy an egg. For 10 gold coins, the dealer Shawna sells you an egg in the hyena's den. However, you should buy several at once, why will you find out soon.
You then bring this egg or multiple eggs into your base. Put them in the composter and wait. If you move away from the brooding eggs, they will hatch faster. This then takes around 7 - 8 minutes.
Now you need any animal pen in which you use the Rocknoses, as the predevelopment is called. Now it all depends on what food you give your Rocknose. To get a Gold-Vein Rocknose, you have to feed the animal gold, more precisely:
15 minutes later you will get your result. If you did not get a Gold-Vein Rocknose just try again! But if you are one lucky bastard in Conan Exiles and it works right away, you can look forward to a steady flow of gold.
