To complete the quest "Sunstone Fragments" in Disney Dreamlight Valley from Mother Gothel, you have to find all three fragments of the sunstones. We'll show you how to do that in our guide.
If you have already completed one or two quests for Mother Gothel, for example "The Curse", you should already have reached friendship level seven with her. You need this level to start the quest "Sunstone Fragments". In it, she asks you to bring her a total of three fragments of the sunstone to reassemble it.

The tricky thing about the "Sunstone Fragments" quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley is that the three fragments are not only scattered all over the game world, but also that each individual fragment can only be collected at a very specific time. So you have to be in the right place at the right time to be able to collect the sunstone fragments. Here's how to grab them:
You can find the first fragment in the Forest of Valor. In order to actually see it, you need to enter the forest at night. It is located in the southeast of the area at the very beginning of the upper access to the Dazzle Beach. The fragment is indicated by a sparkling glint. So you can't miss it at all when you get near it.
Next, you need to travel to the Sunlit Plateau. Sun stone fragment number two is waiting for you there. Once again, the fragment can only be found at a very specific time of day, midday. Start at the well and run to the bridge that leads over the stream. Turn left before the bridge and run along the bank until you see the sparkling glitter again and collect the fragment.
The last sunstone fragment is located in the Glade of Trust. You can also collect this fragment only at noon. So if you are in the right place between 12:00 and 17:00, you can collect it without any problems. The right place in this case is in the northwest corner of the area right next to a big tree.
Once you've collected all three fragments, take them to Mother Gothel to complete the quest. However, this is not the right end yet, because the three fragments do not glow as they should and currently have no power. Changing that will be your task in another quest for Mother Gothel.
