Enshrouded: How to Find the Blacksmith

The Blacksmith is the first survivor you will have to rescue in Enshrouded. When we started playing the game, we faced some difficulties on the way to freeing this NPC, but we overcame them and want to help you with it as well.

How to Find the Blacksmith in Enshrouded

The location where you can find the Blacksmith.

From your first base, you have to head northwest to the Ancient Vault - Blacksmith.

To get there, you will need to cross the Braelyn Bridge. For this, you have to craft a Grappling Hook, but the metal scraps needed for crafting are quite difficult to find early in the game. Fortunately, you can easily get to the other side through the Enshrouded area. It may seem dangerous, but you just need to quickly walk along the path without turning off it. Next, you should do the following:

• To the right of the entrance to the bridge is an archway where the path starts. If you don't turn off it, you will see a tunnel. Go through it and turn right to the stairs.
• Once you climb the stairs, climb the iron grate and find yourself on the other side of the bridge.
• From there, go west to get to the Ancient Vault. There will be several level 1 enemies at the entrance and inside the building, and you shouldn't have any problems with them.
• In the room, you will find a pink glowing capsule that you need to interact with.
• After that, take all the loot from the location and teleport back to the base.
• Once you get back to the base, craft Summoning Staff if you haven't already done so, and place the Blacksmith on the base. It doesn't matter where you place him because you can move him at any time.

What Can You Do With the Blacksmith in Enshrouded?

All NPCs are essential but the Blacksmith is one of the most important, so it's no surprise that you should find him first. He has several quests and in some of them, you will need to craft Glider and Grappling Hook, items that are very important for moving around the game world. You can also craft a variety of equipment from him, including one of the best armor in the early game. Also, you can upgrade your weapons with the Blacksmith.

To craft most recipes you will have to create different workshops for Blacksmith. Here is a list of workshops you need to do to unlock new recipes:

• Forge - Increases the ability of the Blacksmith.
• Charcoal Kiln - Used to create items that contain coal.
• Smelter - Turns ore into ingots.
