Work Suitability is available for each Pal and means what kind of job they can do on your base. There are 12 of them in total, some Pals have only one, while others have several. It depends on the type of Pal, so when you catch new ones, you can find the ones that are best suited for a particular job. For perfect automation of all processes, you will need to select the Pals you want to exploit so that each one has a permanent job. To help you better understand the benefits of Work Suitability, here's a complete list of them, descriptions, and structures where they are used.

| Kindling | Pals with this trait can emit fire to perform certain processes on your base, such as melting Ore into Ingots or cooking. |

| Planting | Pals who possess this trait can grow crops, namely planting seeds on your plantations. |

| Handiwork | Pals who have this trait can help you create items on different structures or build. |
|
| Lumbering | Pals with this trait can cut down trees in the area of your base. |
|
| Medicine Production | Similar to Handiwork, Pals with this trait will help you create medicines faster. |

| Transporting | Pals with this trait can carry objects lying on the ground. For example, if some Pals are cutting down trees, those with Transporting will carry Wood and Fiber to the chest. | Not related to any structure |
| Watering | Pals who have this trait can water crops on your plantations, or work with structures where water is required. |
