The repair glue is an important material in the survival game Grounded. We will tell you how to unlock, craft, and use the glue. In this guide, we’ll also show you which device you need to use it.

What it’s about: In Grounded, your tools, weapons, and armor will wear out over the course of the game. You can repair these items relatively easily at the beginning with materials from nature. However, if you upgrade your tools and armor beyond level 5, you will need to use repair glue to make your equipment functional again. In this guide, we’ll show you how to unlock, craft, and use repair glue.

How to Unlock Repair Glue in Grounded

In Grounded, a lot is based on science and discovering new recipes. Among them is the repair glue. Before you can make this, you first have to unlock the recipe. In principle, this is easy in Grounded. However, there are several recipes for making repair glue. Go to any science tent and analyze at least one of the following items in the corresponding terminal:

  • Black Ox Part
  • Bombardier Part
  • Ladybug Part
  • Mint Shards
  • Roly Poly Part
  • Antlion Part
  • Spider Chunk
  • Stinkbug Part
  • Termite Part
  • Spicy Shards
  • Sour Lump

In addition, to make it at BURG.L you need to buy the glue masher recipe for 500 raw science.

How to Craft the Repair Glue

After you have unlocked at least one of the recipes, you can now start making the repair glue. For this, you need a glue masher. We’ll tell you how to make it in the next section. You can make a repair glue from any of the ingredients above, and we will show you the exact amounts to make one glue:

  • 2x Black Ox Part
  • 5x Bombardier Part
  • 5x Ladybug Part
  • 10x Mint Shards
  • 2x Roly Poly Part
  • 3x Antlion Part
  • 8x Spider Chunk
  • 6x Stinkbug Part
  • 4x Termite Part
  • 10x Spicy Shards
  • 10x Sour Lump

With these ingredients, simply go to the glue masher and select the recipe that matches your ingredients.

How to Craft the Glue Masher in Grounded

To make the repair glue, you first need to make a glue masher. It’s very easy to do. Make sure you have purchased the glue masher recipe from BURG.L for 500 raw science.

You can then make a glue masher from the following materials:

  • 3x Acorn Shell
  • 3x Sprig
  • 2x Crude Rope
  • 1x Stinkbug Part

Place the glue stamper in the garden, and you can use it to make repair glue.

How to Use Repair Glue

Of course, you also want to know how to use glue. Normally, you click on an item in the inventory, and then you can repair it with various resources. However, if your equipment is already higher than level 5, you’ll have to use the repair glue for that. Just have some in your inventory and interact with the item you want to repair as usual. One click on the item, and you can use “Repair” to make your equipment ready again with glue.
