Gleeoks are large three-headed dragons that you can meet with three different elements: Flame, Frost, and Thunder. The Flame Gleeok is the first one you will have to fight. It's hard to beat the boss without preparation. So we've made a guide on how to beat Flame Gleeok in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
For the Flame Gleeok battle, you will need cold resistance and heat resistance. Although it may seem like you don't need cold resistance, the battle with Gleeok can take an entire game day. During this time, it will get cold in the desert, so be sure to be prepared for it.
As for weapons, first, you need a bow because Gleeok's only vulnerable spot is the eyes. The mighty Lynel bow is best, and the most important thing is ice arrows because it will be much easier to stun Flame Gleeok with them. You can also take regular arrows if you run out of frost arrows, but then you will need to shoot twice as many of them in the eyes. Although Gleeok's skin cannot be pierced, you also need melee weapons. Until you stun Gleeok, do not approach him because he will simply blow you away. When you hit all three eyes, Gleeok will be stunned. During this time frame, try to deal as much damage as possible. To do this, take an ice-based spear and a sword with you. Sometimes when Gleeok lands, his head will hang down, so you can't reach it with your sword, which is why you also need a spear.
To make it easier for you to see, try to be as high as possible. Cling to rocks or pillars and use Rocket Shield. Also, when Flame Gleeok flies into the air and starts launching fireballs, fly up with the Para glider so that you can continue to shoot him in the eyes.
