To get the Helmet of Vah Medoh in your possession, you must travel to Hebra in the outer northwest of the world map. More precisely to the Biron Snowshelf, which is quite centrally located in the northwestern headland. The coordinates of the starting point are -3958, 3280, 0240. In the Snowshelf you will see a large block of ice there, which you must melt. For this you can use, for example, the Zonai Device "Flame Emitter".
That there is a cave entrance behind the block (North Biron Snowshelf Cave) should have been expected by now. Go in. After a while of walking straight ahead you will face a dead end of boulders. If necessary, grab the loose rock a bit before it (it's on the right wall) and make a "rock hammer" out of it in combination with a pole weapon.
With it you can smash the pile of boulders. Slide down the depths behind it if you want to collect some things of value. Otherwise, use the air stream to blast open a supposed passage in the wall at its top using a blast arrow.
As always, this can be recognized by a pile of rubble. However, this time it is not a passage, but a small waterfall. This causes a huge stone door to open at the bottom. Behind it is a treasure chest with the Vah Medoh Helmet.
Attention, you should have a lot of bomb flowers and arrows with you! Go to the Mayamats Shrine near the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. It is located in the essence of the world map. From there, glide south to coordinates -4656, -1971, 0053. There is a giant skeleton here; try to land on it. Below you, you will see four flat stairs leading to a center of sandstone slabs.
Shoot an explosive arrow (arrow + bomb flower) towards the middle plate. You should see a hole in the ground, jump into it. Now walk along the only path into a large vault and look at the right wall there. You can blow it up as well - again use an explosive arrow. Behind it there are more of those "blastable walls", which you destroy one by one in the same way.
Deeper in the rock you'll find a loose rock, which you combine with a pole weapon to make a rock hammer. Then return to the vault and smash your way through the rock on the same wall near the grate (further to the right). Shortly after you'll find yourself in another vault, where you'll find another treasure chest - and inside it the Vah Naboris Helmet.
Travel to the Marakuguc Shrine in the mountains of Eldin. From there, glide northeast past Lake Darman to coordinates 1761, 2501, 0436. You should then be standing virtually directly in front of a cave (Lizard's Burrow). Enter it and walk straight ahead to the platform with the stone stairs. There you will find the Vah Rudania Helmet in a treasure chest.
Your first destination is the Mogawak Shrine. To do this, travel to Lanayru, located east of Inner Hyrule and slightly northeast of the Lanayru Wetlands. The exact coordinates of the shrine are 3297, 0426, 0112. With a view of the shrine, jump into the water on the left and sail down the large waterfall about halfway.
Behind it there is a cave (Cave under Zora's Domain). Walk straight into it and jump off the cliff ahead with the glider. You will then sail towards another waterfall, which you will also cross. In the following vault you can open another treasure chest and take the Vah Ruta Helmet.
