The Finals is a multiplayer shooter in which teams of three players compete and the best way to coordinate actions is to enable voice chat. We often use voice chat when playing this game, especially when playing with friends, and we'll show you how to turn it on and off as needed.

Enable and Disable Voice Chat in The Finals [Step by Step]

You can find the voice chat switch in the game settings.

• In the game, click the gear button in the upper-right corner.
• Go to Settings.
• Select the Audio tab. There you will find the Voice Chat section.
• In the Enable Voice Chat, change the switch to On. To disable voice chat, turn the switch to Off accordingly. During the game, press the K button to join or disconnect from the voice chat.

Here's what else you can change in this section:

• Change the mode between Open Microphone and Push To Talk. To use the microphone in Push To Talk mode, press the Z key.
• Select an input and output device.
• Change the output volume.

It should be noted that the game is in beta, and therefore we sometimes experienced various problems after changing the settings of the voice chat, for example, the sound disappeared. Most of these problems are solved by relaunching the game.
