Instead of launching the game from Steam, navigate to the game's installation folder and run it from there as administrator.
The problem may be due to an incorrectly installed game or damaged files. Therefore, check the integrity of game files on Steam and try to launch the game again.
Use the Alt and Tab key combination to switch to another app, and then press it again to switch back. This method can also help solve the black screen issue.
