Getting a powerful heavy weapon is great, and even better if you don’t have to try that much for it. You will have one of these opportunities when you visit New Atlantis, so next, you will learn how to get Microgun in Starfield.

Starfield: How to Get Microgun
Before you go looking for the Microgun, we recommend that you level up the Stealth skill. The task in itself is not difficult, but some players still struggle with stealing this gun. After this, do the following:
- First, you will need to get on your ship and fly to New Atlantis, a city full of many treasures, including the Microgun. To get to the right location, you will need to land your ship in Jemison in the Alpha Centauri System.
- After that, go straight and to the left of the Spaceport in the direction of the Jemison Mercantile Store.
- There will be an elevator on the side of the building, select The Well option to go down to the residential area.
- Right at the elevator exit, you’ll see UC Surplus. Enter through the door and right at the entrance you will see a salesperson sitting at a desk. This is where the Stealth skill we mentioned above will be useful, as the weapon is in a container immediately to his left.
- Start sneaking, and you will see an indicator that indicates whether the NPC can see you or not. You can open the container beforehand and when you are in the blind spot, quickly loot the contents to get the Microgun. If you did everything right and the seller didn’t notice the theft, you can now enjoy your powerful new weapon.

Microgun has excellent stats and will be helpful in numerous instances. For example, when you need to kill numerous enemies that have crowded together and are coming at you. Another good use of the Microgun is when boarding starships, where you will have little room to turn around, but if you pull the trigger, you can spray enemies with bullets, not giving them any chance to maneuver.
