If you made it to the second act of the role-playing hit Baldur's Gate 3, you start to look for the Blood Trader, from whom you will receive a permanent strength buff. Our guide will show you where to find the Blood Dealer and how to receive the strength buff.
What this guide is about: In Baldur's Gate 3, you occasionally have the opportunity to unlock permanent buffs by giving certain NPCs the trade-off they ask of you. You can get the strength buff from the blood trader Araj Oblodra in the form of a potion.
You can find the Blood Trader in Act 2 inside the Moonrise Towers near the kitchen. To be able to examine the towers comfortably, you should not have freed the Nightsong yet, or more precisely, found it. You will meet Araj Oblodra again in the third act.
Araj Oblodra is particularly interested in Astarion and immediately recognizes him as a vampire spawn. Since it is her dream to be bitten by a vampire, she asks Astarion if he could bite her, which he denies.
You can also persuade Astarion to drink the blood of Araj Oblodra, whereupon he will vomit, but you will receive the potion that will permanently give you more strength. You can give this potion to your character or another companion in your camp to increase their strength.
Good to know: Araj Oblodra will brew a potion especially for you in exchange for a drop of your blood.
In Act 3, you can find Araj Oblodra in the house, located next to the blushing mermaid, and trade with her one more time. If you get near the house, that she's in, it will explode and she will run out.
