Cheaters are a constant headache for online game developers, and unfortunately, The Finals falls into this list. In both the closed and open beta testing, gamers could get the experience of playing against them, so now we will tell you how to report cheaters in The Finals.
While playing a match, we also encountered this problem, in our case, a player from the opposing team had endless ammo without reloading and was shooting through walls. Unfortunately, the game doesn't have a manual on how to deal with them, but we found a solution and will share it with you.
Being angry with a player from the opposite team who was using cheats, we decided to deal with him and file a complaint. In general, there are 2 options that you can use, each of which we will describe in more detail.

You can send a report directly in the game after the match is over. When this happens, you will see a summary screen, and you can inform about the violation by clicking the Report button under the nickname of the player you consider to be a cheater.
If you have already left the match and didn't have an opportunity to do so, don't worry because there is an alternative way out. To achieve this, follow these steps:

If the previous option was not useful for you, or if you have any difficulties, you can write a report on the cheater directly to the support team in Discord. Go to the Contact-Us tab and write about the problem. Here's what information you need to provide to help accelerate the process:
After filling out this form, you will only have to wait for the support team to decide and eventually ban the offender.
