The first thing you need to know is that you can't create a portal if you don't have Synchronous Lotus. To create a portal, you need to open the craft menu and find the portal menu. In this menu, you will find a portal construction plan that you need to place where you want your future portal to stand. All the resources you need are listed below:
To get 10 Lumber, you need a Saw Mill. Collect 20 Wood Bundles and turn them into 10 Lumber.
As for Ingots, you can make them in Simple Smelters from any ore. You will also need to create 3 Wires from these ingots, which can also be created in Smelter.
The last resource you will need is Synchronous Lotus. This is a special item that you can find in Vaults or Fae Towers. With all of these resources, you can create a portal and fast travel between the important points in the Nightingale world.
