Deutsch English

Since you need stones and copper bars especially in the beginning of Palia, we will show you in this guide where you can find both, as well as silver ore. In addition, we give examples of what use these materials have in the game.

What this guide is about: With the help of your pickaxe, you have to mine various materials from stones and rocks that you need to be able to advance in the game. For example, to improve your tools, or to build items, but also to process them into better materials, which you then need to advance in the game.

Looking for more helpful guides on Palia? Then take a look at our guide overview, where you can find more quest, material, and tool guides.

Where to Find Stone, Copper Ore and Silver Ore in Palia

You can find stone, copper ore and silver ore in the Kilima region, where you have started the game. There you can find it almost everywhere, but mostly at the foot of rocks, on the rocks or on cliffs. Since you can find stone in any mineable rock, you can farm it anywhere.

How to Spot and Mine Stone, Copper Ore and Silver Ore

As mentioned before, you can get stones by mining any ore you can find in Palia. However, there are also individual rocks from which you only get stone and flint. You can recognize these by the fact that nothing sticks out of them.

If a rock contains copper ore, you can recognize it by the bronze-colored protuberances. Silver ore is only mined passively from time to time while you farm copper ore. If you have obtained silver ore, it will be displayed on the bottom right of the screen, along with your copper ore and stone yield.

You can recognize copper ore by its bronze color.
If you have received silver ore, it will be displayed.

What You Need Stone, Copper Ore and Silver Ore for in Palia

Stone

In the forge you can craft stone to stone bricks, which you will need especially for building your house, as well as for all other extensions. Of course, you will also find stone and stone bricks in other crafting recipes for furniture and other things. The production of a stone brick takes 2 minutes in the Basic Smelter and 1 minute and 18 seconds in the Heavy Metallurgy.

  • 2x stone = 1x stone brick
  • One stone brick has the value of 3 coins.

Copper Ore

From copper ore you produce copper bars in the forge, which you then need for example for the first improvement of your tools. But you will also need copper bars to build crafters, tools or furniture. The production of a copper bar takes 4 minutes in the Basic Smelter and 1 minute and 56 seconds in the Heavy Metallurgy.

  • 5x copper ore = 1x copper bar
  • One copper ingot has a value of 21 coins.

Silver Ore

Silver ore is also processed in the Forge. After 3 hours in the Basic Smelter, or 1 hour and 56 minutes in the Heavy Metallurgy, you will receive silver bars which you can then use to build furniture or decorations, for example.

  • 5x silver ore = 1x silver bar
  • Due to the rarity of silver ore, one silver bar has the value of 255 coins.
Example of furniture that is crafted with a silver bar.
