Once you reach around level 62, you'll have a chance to find tier 3 Jewels, but they're also quite rare. Exciting, right?
To craft tier 2 Jewels, you'll need to defeat a boss named Raziel the Shepherd, located in Dunley Monastery, who is a level 57 boss.
To create tier 3 Jewels, you'll need to defeat a boss named Mairwyn the Elementalist, located in Emberleaf Grove, who is a level 70 boss. You won't have any problems defeating her if you're a high-level player.
Let's discuss the crafting process itself. Crafting tier 2 and tier 3 Jewels share a similar base cost.
