In this article, we will guide you on the new Jewel system in V Rising, which was released in the Gloomrot update. Today, we'll dive into the world of Jewels and discover how they can boost your spells and take your gameplay to the next level.

If you've been wondering how to get your hands on these valuable Jewels, here's the scoop. The tier 1 Jewels start dropping around level 35, and as you progress closer to level 50-55, you'll start seeing tier 2 Jewels drop. Once you reach around level 62, you'll have a chance to find tier 3 Jewels, but they're also quite rare. Exciting, right?

Tier 2 Jewels Craft

V Rising: Dunley Monastery

To craft tier 2 Jewels, you'll need to defeat a boss named Raziel the Shepherd, located in Dunley Monastery, who is a level 57 boss.

Tier 3 Jewels Craft

V Rising: Emberleaf Grove

To create tier 3 Jewels, you'll need to defeat a boss named Mairwyn the Elementalist, located in Emberleaf Grove, who is a level 70 boss. You won't have any problems defeating her if you're a high-level player.

Jewels Craft Guide

Let's discuss the crafting process itself. Crafting tier 2 and tier 3 Jewels share a similar base cost. You'll need 4 gems of the corresponding color spell you're using, along with 4 pieces of a specific metal. For example, crafting tier 2 Jewels requires 4 Iron Ingots and 4 Regular Emeralds, while tier 3 Jewels need 4 Dark Silver Ingots and 4 Flawless Topaz.

Inside the jewel station, you'll find a list of Jewels corresponding to specific spells. Select the spell you want to modify, and if you have the necessary materials, you can craft the Jewel for it. The abilities that come with each Jewel are randomly generated. This means that you don't get to choose them, whether it's tier 2 or tier 3 Jewels. As you level up your Jewels from tier 1 to tier 3, the pool of available abilities expands, providing new possibilities for your spells.

Jewels Socketing

V Rising: "Equip Jewel" button

Once you have your Jewels, it's time to slot them into your spells. Don't worry, it's a straightforward process!

Open your spells menu and select the spell you want to modify. Look for the “Edit Socket” button on the right side and click it. A list of available Jewels for that spell will appear. Choose the Jewel you want to equip and click "Equip Jewel." Your spell is now enhanced with the power of your chosen Jewel.

If you ever need to change your Jewels, you can do so at any time. However, we recommend avoiding doing it in the middle of combat to prevent any unnecessary risks. Feel free to experiment and find the perfect combination that suits your play style. The best part is that you can re-socket your Jewels as often as you want without any negative consequences.

We hope this guide has provided you with valuable tips on the Jewels system in V Rising. Remember to watch for tier 2 and tier 3 Jewels as you progress through the game, and don't forget to challenge Raziel the Shepherd and the Elementalist to obtain the crafting abilities. May your adventures in V Rising be filled with glorious triumphs and epic spell casting! And if you want to read more guides, please check our article on how to craft Radium Alloy in V Rising.
