You can find Arabella in Act 2 in Shadow-Cursed Land if you helped her the first time you met her. Since then, she has gained new powers, which is why she can be in such a dangerous place. It turns out that she is looking for her parents, so you should help her. You will find Komira and Locke in the House of Healing. The exact coordinates are X:-179 Y:14. After you get there, you will have to talk with Sister Lidwin, who will be “Taking care” of them, ensuring they are her patients.
However, the true fact is that they will be dead.
Also, you can buy healing potions and poison from Lidwin. As it turns out, she will be a vendor, so even if you want to kill her, it’s better not to do so.
