Let us show you how to complete the Tauyosipun Shrine successfully and find all the chests in this Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Guide. We will also tell you where the location of the shrine is.
What this guide is about: In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, shrines are like small dungeons, and by completing them, you'll get valuable loot and abilities. Also, you can use already completed shrines for fast travel, which lets you travel between areas much faster. You can expect to find over 150 shrines in TotK's game world.
If you don't know exactly where to start looking, check out our interactive map or the guide to the locations of all shrines. If you are looking for a specific shrine, you can easily find it, as well as other helpful guides, in our sorted guide overview. |
The location of the Kyokugon Shrine is in Hyrule Field, between the Forest of Spirits and the Gatepost Town Ruins. The exact coordinates are as follows:
Below you will find the nearest Skyview Tower, Temple, or Shrine. You can use them for fast travel if you have already unlocked them to get to Kyokugon Shrine faster.
To be able to show you how to find Kyokugon Shrine, we have set a starting point from which our directions will start. The coordinates of the starting point are:
At the starting point, you should stand in front of a cave blocked by a wall of stones. Destroy the walls of stones to clear the way and continue straight ahead. After removing several walls of stones, you will find yourself in a cave where you encounter two enemies. Keep going straight and destroy the last two stone walls, behind which you will find the Kyokugon Shrine.
Inside the shrine, you will be faced with various circles, into which the small balls, located in front of the wall, have to enter. To open the door, you need to place the balls in the circles in the following combination:
Once all the balls are in their circles, the door to the next room will open.
After entering the next room, turn to the left and use “Ultrahand” to see the plate you need to lift out. Then put the ball, that you find on the right side of the room, into the hole, which will open the door to the chest. After collecting the chest, you can go to the exit of the shrine to complete it.
