This Zelda Tears of the Kingdom guide is about Susuyai Shrine and how to successfully complete it, but also about where you can find all the chests.
What this guide is about: In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, shrines are like small dungeons, and by completing them you'll get valuable loot and abilities. Also, you can use already completed shrines for fast travel, which lets you travel between areas much faster. In total, you can expect to find about 150 shrines in TotK's game world.
If you don't know exactly where to start looking, check out our interactive map or the guide to the locations of all shrines. If you are looking for a specific shrine, you can easily find it, as well as other helpful guides, in our sorted guide overview. |
The Susuyai Shrine is located in Central Hyrule, in Hyrule Field to be exact, across from Mount Daphnes. Its exact coordinates are as follows:
Below you can find the nearest Skyview Tower, temple or shrine. You can use them for fast travel if you have already unlocked them to get to Susuyai Shrine faster:
When you enter Susuyai Shrine, the first obstacle you have to face is a kind of road with three lanes and cars driving on it. Stop the car, which is driving in the middle lane, with “Recall” to get the first chest. Then run across the tracks, where the next obstacle is the ground moving in your direction. To get over this, build a car out of the plate and the four tires that are lying there on the side. Hit a tire to make the cart go off and jump on it fast enough. The cart will drive you over the moving ground. Get off when you get to the other side.
Remove the rear wheels and place the car directly in front of the grille. Hit the tire to activate them. Then turn the wheel that is on the right side, which will raise the gate. When you let go of the wheel, the gate will fall down and land on the cart that holds the gate open, allowing you to pass under it.
In the next room, you'll stand in front of a kind of cable car that you have to use to get to the other side. Take the cable car gondola down from the rope and put one of the tires on the upper end of the blank. Then put the cable car gondola back on the rope and jump on it. Hit the tire to activate it and get to the other end faster, where the exit is waiting for you.
