Finding the Zakusu Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is not that easy. But don't worry, we have the solution.
Here's the deal: The 152 shrines in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom not only bring puzzle fun and constant loot but also the important Lights of Blessing, which can be traded in for more hearts and stamina. One of these mini-dungeons is the Zakusu Shrine. How to find and complete it is explained in this guide.

The Zakusu Shrine is located on the ground, or the surface, but to reach it, you first have to go up into the sky. More precisely, the journey begins on a small sky island at coordinates 3960, -1539, 1119.
To reach the sky island, you can use the nearby cartography tower, Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower. Mark the coordinates of the island on your map, let the tower shoot you up, and fly to the island. Once there, you will also see the familiar green interaction icon. Activate it and a green circle will appear right at the edge of the sky island.
Next up is some neat shield-surfing action. Jump on your shield and slide down the ramp of the sky island and jump through the ring. If you don't have a suitable shield with you, you'll find one on the island. Drop straight down and keep your shield under your feet. Don't worry, the impact won't harm you, because you'll land directly on a slope.
Green circles keep appearing on this slope, and you have to drive right through them. Once you reach the end, a movie sequence will automatically play and the Zakusu Shrine will appear before your eyes.
Inside the shrine, for once, no puzzles or riddles are waiting for you. Once you enter the shrine, all your equipment is gone. You will only find a few simple weapons at the entrance. Your goal is to defeat all the monsters in the shrine. However, only the items you find or capture in the shrine are available to you.
Fortunately, in the Zakusu shrine, you can also find a bow and numerous fire fruits, so you shouldn't lack damage. You'll also find a sufficient amount of Zonai missiles in the shrine, which you can shoot at enemies.
